IHE Study Forum is an informal, multidimensional, free accessible, common platform for all the students of Institute of Health Economics (IHE), University of Dhaka. The prime focus of this platform is to develop better communication among all the batches regarding academic problems, solutions, opportunities, strategies, group study, and similar aspects. More importantly, this platform aims to epitomize solidarity, integrity, and strength in the context of academic and research arena. This platform is solely run by an enthusiastic, proactive volunteer group comprising meritorious students from different batches of IHE. Last but not least, all the created contents, programs, or functions arranged by this platform are not an alternative for formal classes, activities or lectures delivered in our Institute. The simple, direct, and aboveboard focus of this platform is to offer help and guidance to the present and future students of the institute as a supplement besides the formal courses and activities.

At first, on 14th February 2018, the Study Forum Of IHE-08 Facebook Group has started its journey as an initial attempt to form a central Study Forum Platform. Concurrently, a messenger study forum group was also created for ease of communication. But all the activities were limited and centered for IHE-08 only.
In 2019 by the initiative of Jubair Hossain Shahed (iHE-09) a messenger Study Forum Group has created for IHE-09.
Later, on 4th July 2020, Central IHE Study Forum has started its official journey. Jubair Hossain Shahed (iHE-09) played an important role along with-

Subsequently, Study Forum messenger groups for IHE-10 & IHE-11 started their journey in 2020 & 2022 respectively.

Title:
The Supervisory Team will supervise all the functions of the IHE Study Forum.
Purposes:
Supervision of the core activities.
Act as a mentoring team.
Coordinate Fund collection & Management activities.
Proofreading.
Required Tasks:
Have to ensure proper mentoring to the Executive Team.
Have to ensure smooth responsibility delegation to the respective teams.
Have to manage donations or ensure sufficient pooled funds for year-round activities.
Properly reviews and proofreads the created digital content.
Team Members:
Ex-IHEians and representatives from Masters will be the main team members of the Supervisory Team.
Additionally, some skilled professionals may include in this team for the supervisory purposes of our online platforms (websites, apps, etc.)

Title:
The Executive Team will execute and coordinate all major functions of the IHE Study Forum. Smoothly running of all functional activities wholly depends upon this team.
Purposes:
Smooth management of communication, math campaign, information delegation, and platform connectivity of freshers.
Online/Offline platform management.
Team management and coordination.
Fund pooling and proper distribution.
Preparing quarterly/yearly progress statements.
Required Task:
Proper implementation of freshers’ fortnight celebration planning.
Have to ensure proper platform management (online + offline).
Have to ensure smooth responsibility delegation, member management, and proper team coordination.
Have to create proper channels for fund distribution, bookkeeping, and inflow/outflow statements.
Critically analysis the functional activities on a quarterly/yearly basis and make progress statements.
Team Members:
Dynamic, indefatigable, and intrepid representatives from 4th year will be the main stream team members.
No. of team members will not be more than 10.
Title:
The Tutors’ Team will operate teaching activities and outline making activities.
Purposes:
Smooth management of Math campaign, information delegation and connecting newbies to our different platforms.
Prepare outlines for teaching & digital content making.
Manages time, place, and skilled tutors for pedagogy teaching delivery.
Coordinate content creation, and graphics designing activities.
Coordinate public relations activities.
Required Tasks:
Have to create proper outlines and guidelines for digital content, graphics designs, and teaching activities.
Have to prepare an outline, program schedule, and smooth planning for math campaign.
Have to arrange or coordinate physical teaching sessions on a necessary basis.
Have to provide the necessary support to content creators’ team and graphics designing team.
Team members:
Those who are confident and skilled at teaching can be a member of this team.
No. of team members will not be more than 15.
Title:
The Content Creation Team will create the drafts of all digital features in a docx/pdf format.
Purposes:
Creating outlines for features in collaboration with the Tutors’ Team.
Preparing creative, innovative, and comprehensible features on academic topics.
Required Tasks:
Have to make a complete outline on which our entire features will be prepared.
Have to prepare creative, innovative, and comprehensible features on academic topics.
Team members:
Interested candidates will be members of this team.
Executive & Tutors’ Team will coordinate the activities of this team.
No. of team members will not be more than 20.
Title:
The Graphic Designing Team will design all the features and create special social media banners, brochures, etc. for special purposes.
Purposes:
Designing features.
Creating social media banners, brochures, etc.
Creating congratulations cards.
May create short videos.
Required Tasks:
Have to design all the features provided by the CCT.
Have to design special social media banners, brochures, etc. for different promotional activities.
Have to create special cards for special events.
May have to create short eye-catching videos for promotional or study purposes.
Team members:
Expertise in graphics design from any batch can be a member of this team.
Additionally, some skilled professionals may include in this team for the supervisory purposes of professional content.

Title:
The Resources Management Team will manage, preserve, and do maintenance of the hard/scanned copy of Previous year questions, hand notes, and important reference articles or books.
Purposes:
Collection and management of scanned/hard copy of previous year’s questions.
Collection and management of scanned/hard copy of hand notes, important assignments, etc.
Collection and management of important pptx files.
Collection and proper distribution of old books.
Management of reference books or PDFs.
Required Tasks:
Have to properly update our online/offline question bank.
Have to ensure proper collection and storage of important class notes.
Have to collect and store all important pptx, docx or related files.
Have to effectively update our website on a necessary basis and also have to supervise our online book collections/library.
Collection and distribution of old books.
Team members:
Dynamic, indefatigable, and intrepid representatives from any batch will be the mainstream team members.

This section is mostly incomplete yet. We will complete this section on the basis of our experiences throughout the year.
