Precise Duties and Responsibilities of the Permanent Committee of the Study Forum:

1. Newcomer Integration:

• 1.1. Organize a messenger group within two weeks after the official orientation program for newcomers.

• 1.2. Collaborate with the Class Representative (CR) to gather email addresses of all freshmen.

2. Welcome Initiatives:

• 2.1. Send a warm welcoming card and essential platform links through Gmail to new students. (Click Here)

• 2.2. Arrange an "Online Adda Session" within two weeks of creating the study forum messenger group.

3. Welcoming Week Tutoring Series:

• 3.1. Coordinate and host a week-long introductory teaching series on "Principles of Economics I," "Statistics," and "Mathematics" within two months after the official orientation program. (Click Here)

• 3.2. Determine suitable platforms (online/offline) and timing through discussions with freshers and mentors.

4. Academic Guidance:

• 4.1. Offer guidelines, recommendations for reference books, reading materials, effective utilization of the Question Bank, study strategies, and pertinent information.

5. Academic Evaluation and CGPA:

• 5.1. Clearly explain the existing academic evaluation methods of our institute.

• 5.2. Emphasize the importance of maintaining a good Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA).

6. Pre-Examination Preparation:

• 6.1. Organize necessary teaching sessions before official examinations if feasible; otherwise, ensure comprehensive information dissemination.

7. Recognizing Academic Excellence:

• 7.1. Celebrate the top 5/10 CGPA holders after the publication of 1st-semester results.

8. Prize Giving Ceremony:

• 8.1. Arrange a prize-giving ceremony within three months of the publication of 1st-year results (1st+2nd Semesters).

• 8.2. Recognize and award the top three CGPA holders.

9. Educational Resources Development:

• 9.1. If feasible, initiate the creation of engaging and comprehensive features, notes, and videos covering challenging course topics or relevant current issues. 

10. Resource Maintenance:

• 10.1. Regularly update the online question bank and all essential online resources while ensuring their quality.

11. Succession Planning:

• 11.1. Uphold our tradition and legacy by thoughtfully integrating dynamic new leaders from new batches each year into the permanent group.
